Three Services for Three Different Stages of a Pension Matter

Each service is available on its own. You do not have to commit to representation in order to have a consultation, and you do not need to have filed an appeal in order to ask us to review your entitlements.

How We Approach Every Matter

We begin by understanding what the client already has: the letters they received, the records they kept, and what they were told at the time they retired or left employment. From that starting point, we identify what is missing and what the available evidence suggests.

We do not tell clients what they want to hear. If the records are incomplete, we say so. If the options are limited, we explain why. The process works better when expectations are clear from the first meeting.

1

Initial Assessment

Review of available documents and records

2

Honest Appraisal

Clear explanation of what the evidence shows

3

Options Discussion

Setting out what is available and what each involves

4

Client Decision

How to proceed is chosen by the client, not assumed

5

Ongoing Updates

Written progress notes at each stage of the matter

Full pension entitlement review
